Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Director of Sales and Admissions for Maple Park Village to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and guide the admissions process. You will educate referral sources about facility services and coordinate admissions with nursing, social services, and administration.

The role combines healthcare knowledge, sales, and compassionate communication to ensure compliant, high-quality resident placement and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence).
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and educate them on facility services.
• Manage and coordinate the process of admitting new residents.
• Ensure admission practices comply with federal and state regulations and maintain accurate records.
