Job summary

American Village in Indiana is seeking a Director of Sales and Admissions to build relationships with referral sources and educate them on facility services. The role blends healthcare knowledge, sales and marketing, and compassionate communication to manage the admission process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years equivalent experience.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes preferred.
