Qualifikationen

• Two years of healthcare admissions experience preferred.
• Degree in marketing, healthcare, or related field required; four-year degree preferred.
• Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of the facility.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional referral relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward established goals.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement an effective, measurable marketing plan in partnership with facility leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources.
• Serve as a liaison between the facility, the Care Transition Coordinator, and the referral community.
• Monitor daily census results and adjust marketing strategies based on facility needs and goals.
• Manage the referral review and approval process in accordance with company guidelines and protocols.
• Coordinate the admission process from initial referral through the resident’s arrival.
• Communicate with prospective residents and families, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the admission process.
• Assist residents and families with admission paperwork and administrative questions.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and clinical staff to support census and marketing goals.
• Represent the facility professionally within the local healthcare and business community.
