Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Sr. Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular, in Upper Manhattan, NY. This field-based role promotes medicines through scientific dialogue with health care providers, advancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers via a customer-centric mindset and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
• Experience in cardiovascular preferred.
• Demonstrated account management and selling performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with a positive team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within a defined territory to meet or exceed targets in a compliant manner.
• Delivers scientifically balanced information to HCPs and conducts in-office presentations.
• Organizes external speaker programs and facilitates scheduling and logistics.
• Maintains working knowledge on emerging data for approved indications.
• Uses CE^3 and other tools to derive insights and inform call plans.
