Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Specialty to support field teams across Little Rock S, AR and Shreveport, LA. You will drive demand for BMS medicines, engage HCPs with scientific dialogue, and deploy CE^3 tools to inform calls.

The role emphasizes patient-centered, data-driven engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and compliant promotion. Travel is expected to build credibility with regional thought leaders and community practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and other stakeholders in the customer influence network.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Engages with HCPs with scientific dialogue and ensures medical accuracy in discussions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver superior Customer Experience and meets regulatory compliance.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data for approved indications and uses CE^3 for insights and planning.
