Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sr. Principal CardioVascular Surgery Clinical Specialist to support Grand Rapids, MI, and surrounding accounts. The role combines technical, clinical education, and field support to ensure safe adoption of Surgical Based Therapy products.

You will collaborate with cardiac surgeons, PAs, residents, fellows, and OR staff, traveling to multiple accounts and delivering hands-on training and first-case support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 12 years experience including cath lab, CVOR, or Clinical experience
• Associate Diploma with a minimum of 10 years experience
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership regarding implantation and utilization of Medtronic Surgical Based Therapy products and procedures
• Educates physicians, physician assistants, perfusionists, and operating room staff on indications, techniques, and appropriate use of SBT products
• Develops and maintains comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge
• Assists and serves as a consultant to physicians, customers, and sales staff with troubleshooting and management of complex procedural challenges
• Provides technical expertise and leadership to support safe and effective adoption of Medtronic technologies
