Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; or Associate degree with 4+ years in sales, or high school/GED with 6+ years in sales.
• Senior Specialist role requires combinations of degree and years in sales or healthcare-related experience.
• Preferences include within pharmaceutical/biotech or medical device sales with strong market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge to medical professionals and explain clinical benefits.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to meet sales targets.
• Develop relationships with accounts; tailor discussions to customer needs and ensure product access.
• Triangulate reimbursement issues and maintain product contracts where applicable.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; assist with territory planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Associate Degree + 4 years of Sales experience

High School Diploma/GED + 6 years of Sales experience
