Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and effectively communicate the clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages and programs and achieving sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze territory performance, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
