Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with sales experience or healthcare/clinical background, plus strong communication, relationship-building, and territory management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with sales experience OR healthcare/scientific field experience that is not sales related
• Associate degree with 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to achieve sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and ensure product access
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role
• Maintain patient-focused approach and uphold Amgen values
• Work in cross-functional teams to execute the territory plan
