Job summary

Amgen is hiring a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative in the cardiovascular area for Manhattan. You will serve as the primary contact to medical professionals, delivering clinical knowledge and navigating payer environments.

Responsibilities include promoting Amgen products, driving territory sales, and building strong customer relationships while upholding Amgen values. You will participate in marketing strategy, programs, and educational sessions, targeting appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High School diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience or clinical healthcare experience (for Senior role) OR equivalent experience.
• Local market knowledge and established territory relationships are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct educational programs to drive product utilization.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance, and plan targets with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain passion for Amgen’s products and uphold company values throughout the sales cycle.
