Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative for the Cardiovascular area in the United States. The role focuses on delivering clinical knowledge to medical professionals and navigating payer environments, while promoting Amgen products and executing marketing strategy under the District Manager.

A strong qualification baseline includes relevant degrees and sales/clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Knowledge of payer environments and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to meet sales targets.
• Develop relationships with customers and manage accounts for product access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; plan territories with District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain Amgen values and patient-centered focus throughout the sales cycle.
