Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative for the Cardiovascular portfolio to serve medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments. The role acts as the primary customer contact and implements marketing strategies under district leadership.

The Senior/Specialty Representative will build durable relationships with healthcare providers, deliver scientific messaging, and drive sales growth while maintaining patient-centric focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Promote products and lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access and manage reimbursement.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain patient-focused approach and uphold Amgen values in all activities.
