Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Associates degree with 4+ years of sales experience or high school diploma with 6+ years of sales experience.
• Senior track requires 3+ years of sales or clinical healthcare experience; multiple education paths accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits.
• Lead as a sales driver to achieve territory targets and execute branded programs.
• Develop relationships with accounts, manage access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; plan with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products and uphold core values.
