Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative for the cardiovascular area. You will provide clinical knowledge to medical professionals and navigate payer environments, delivering on our commitment to patients.

You will act as primary customer contact, promote Amgen products, and implement marketing strategies under the District Manager. The role offers long-term career opportunities with comprehensive rewards and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree with 4+ years of Sales experience
• High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of Sales experience
• Senior: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in sales or clinical healthcare experience OR Associate degree with 6+ years in sales/clinical field OR High school diploma with 8+ years in sales/clinical field

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to drive appropriate utilization
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and executing programs
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and plan territory actions with the District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products and maintain patient-focused brand value
