Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet targets.
• Creates demand by presenting balanced clinical and scientific rationale for product use.
• Maintains high level of scientific expertise on assigned products and areas.
• Prepares and executes comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses CE^3 insights to adapt call plans and improve customer experience.
• Provides feedback to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Delivers in-office presentations and lunch-and-learns aligned with label.
• Organizes speaker programs and coordinates scheduling and logistics.
