Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to help physicians serve patients.
• Demonstrated credibility with key customers, office staff and others to create a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
• Experience in cardiovascular field preferred.
• Strong account management, selling competencies and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Articulates clinical and scientific rationale for product use to create demand.
• Maintains high level of scientific expertise across products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares territory and account plans and uses tools to inform call planning.
• Engages with Medical on Call for real-time medical support and questions.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver superior Customer Experience (Cx).
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
