Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaking skills required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a scientific/healthcare field with 7+ years of healthcare experience, including 4+ years in site management (monitoring) in bio/pharma/CRO; or a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in site management.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong site relationships and oversees site activities across all trial phases in compliance with ICH-GCP and local laws.
• Performs remote and on-site monitoring to ensure data integrity, patient safety, and protocol adherence.
• Manages regulatory documentation for start-up, maintenance and close-out; escalates issues per the CRA pathway.
• Travels domestically and internationally 65–75% of time; mentors CRAs and supports process improvements.
• Collaborates with multiple sponsor roles and regulatory bodies to optimize site performance.
