Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaking skills required.
• 7+ years of healthcare experience with at least 4 years in direct site management (monitoring).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with CRO/pharma experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong site relationships across trial phases.
• Perform site management/monitoring per ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations.
• Lead site start-up, maintenance, and close-out regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready and ensure data quality.
