Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in healthcare with 2+ years in site management/monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years direct site management (monitoring) in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Neurology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong site relationships across all trial phases.
• Perform site management/monitoring per ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Coordinate tasks with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready.
• Participate in site selection and validation activities.
• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring with timely visit reports.
• Collect regulatory documentation for start-up, maintenance and close-out.
