Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaking skills required.

• Experience in monitoring, site management and data quality in bio/pharma/CRO.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong site relationships across all trial phases.
• Performs remote and on-site monitoring in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Collects regulatory documents and ensures site readiness.
• Mentors junior CRAs and supports audit/inspections as needed.
