Responsibilities

• Partner with complex healthcare accounts to support patient access and reimbursement.
• Educate customers on access, reimbursement, payer policies, and patient support resources.
• Develop territory access and reimbursement plans to drive patient access and compliant operations.
• Collaborate with Patient Support Services to resolve issues and inform strategy.
