Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification as RDCS or RCS is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Tech program.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical cardiac imaging experience; lead/senior capacity preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR; ACLS preferred and CME maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiograms and exercise stress echocardiograms per protocol.
• Provides assessment, preliminary interpretation, and documentation for cardiologist review.
• Optimizes image quality using anatomy/physiology knowledge and imaging techniques.
• Collaborates with clinical team to promote wellness and patient outcomes.
• Maintains lab operations, equipment cleanliness, and stock supplies.
