Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer Level II to perform Echocardiogram/TTE with Color and Doppler in inpatient and ED settings. You will use 2-D imaging and advanced ultrasound equipment while ensuring high-quality studies for the Smidt Heart Institute.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound school required.
• Current ARDMS/CCI certification required.
• Applicants may be considered as Echo Sonographer I if RDCS/RCS obtained within 1 year from start date.
• BLS from AHA or American Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Echocardiogram or TTE exams with Color, Spectral Doppler and 2-D imaging.
• Work in inpatient setting across Medical Center, procedural areas, recovery rooms and ED.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ultrasound equipment and systems.
