Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for Capital One.
• Lead and develop analysts, coaching and mentoring to retain talent.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for lending products; lead modeling/analytics.
• Guide quarterly processes and governance across teams; ensure on‑time execution.
• Communicate insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• Drive improvements in credit performance by linking drivers to historical trends.
• Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently.
