Capital One invites a Senior Manager, Business Analysis to lead the Loss Forecasting and Allowance workstream within Card Risk Management. You will guide strategic analysis, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive forecasting accuracy that informs earnings and planning.

You'll manage a team of analysts, quarterback quarterly processes, and translate complex models into actionable insights for executive stakeholders across Capital One.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Strong financial modeling and economic forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• Own business planning with potential P&L accountability for a segment.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts; coach and mentor.
• Develop product and pricing strategies; model analytics at the product level.
• Coordinate across IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to improve quality and profitability.
