Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks an experienced Business Analyst for onsite roles in Berkeley Heights, NJ and Alpharetta, GA.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements, lead elicitation sessions, and translate needs into BRD/FRS, user stories, and process diagrams. You will monitor risks, coordinate cross-geo teams, and support UAT, deployment, and training activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with card processing or card disputes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRS, User Stories and Epics, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, and Data Mapping Documents.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
• Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
