This hybrid role, based in Wilmington or San Francisco, focuses on CLI/CLD/closure policy, trend analysis, and policy design with cross‑functional partners to drive portfolio performance and returns.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in consumer finance or data analytics, strong SQL/Excel/Python skills, and a strategic mindset to translate data into business impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in consumer finance or other data‑driven roles.
• Experience with credit line management / CLI policy in a credit card context.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Python; familiarity with AI-enabled innovation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Card line management, including CLI, CLD, and closures.
• Develop CLI eligibility and increase amount policies balancing revenue vs losses.
• Own CLD and closure policy, including triggers and treatment.
• Monitor CLI performance by segments to surface trends.
• Collaborate with data science to improve line assignment models.
• Design tests to inform future modeling and policy decisions.
• Partner with business, product and marketing for integrated outcomes.
