About the Role:

In this role, you'll design and evolve CLI policy for both early and mature accounts, using a combination of internal and external data, along with business judgment and strategic thinking, to size and value line changes and refine existing policy over time. You will partner with the business, product, and other partner teams to deliver holistic and integrated business outcomes. Your work will enhance portfolio performance, advance our ability to competitively serve customers, and ensure predictable and strong returns from our Card product.

This role is based in either our Wilmington or San Francisco Office on a hybrid basis.

  • Serve as the SME for Card line management, including CLI, CLD, and closures
  • Take an integrated view of the business in developing CLI eligibility and increase amount policies, balancing revenue opportunity and credit losses
  • Own Credit Line Decrease (CLD) and closure policy, including triggers and treatment, as/if needed
  • Monitor CLI program performance by segments and other dimensions to identify emerging trends
  • Design and deploy policy enhancements based on internal data, industry/macro trends, and business judgement
  • Partner with data science team to develop and enhance line assignment models, including risk and utilization models
  • Design and deploy testing to inform future modeling, policy, business insights
  • Evaluate, design, and launch tests or innovations to CLIs, including, but not limited to new CLI timing, reactive CLI, and interactive CLI
  • Partner across the organization to facilitate effective CLI program outcomes, such as through enhanced income collection
  • Partner with the business, product, marketing and other partner teams to deliver holistic and integrated business outcomes
What We Look For:
  • 5-7+ of experience in consumer finance, consulting, or other data-driven backgrounds
  • Experience with credit and analytics, particularly credit line management / CLI policy in a credit card context
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI-enabled innovation
  • The ability to identify and articulate business intuition in the data
What We Offer You:
  • Competitive Salary & Stock Option Plan
  • Paid coverage of medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Flexible PTO
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Paid parental leave
  • Health & Wellness initiatives
