In this role you will translate market signals into actionable opportunities, drive CRM improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance commercial opportunities from qualification to close.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting complex commercial transactions, including diligence, proposals, contracting workflows and close.
• Experience administering a CRM and maintaining pipeline discipline with forecasting and data quality.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple opportunities and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive outcomes through collaboration and clear communication across diverse audiences.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; familiarity with relevant CRM and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day carbon credit sales across direct, channel, and platform routes to market.
• Coordinate buyer diligence, data-room requests, and timely follow-up with internal teams.
• Support RFPs, proposals, negotiations, contracting inputs, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain sales forecasting, credit availability, and transaction-tracking tools.
• Translate market signals into recommendations for prioritization and execution.
• Lead CRM administration and pipeline discipline for assigned opportunities.
