Job summary

Carroll's, LLC d/b/a NTW is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Car Dealer Channel to drive profitable sales growth with domestic new car and import dealers. You will partner with Distribution Center Operations, Sales Operations, and Finance to execute customer-centric strategies and promotions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, in-market visits, lead-to-sale conversion, and quarterly business reviews, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Automotive or tire experience or transferable sales skills.
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen across the organization.
• Excellent communication, virtual and in-person.
• Self-motivated with a strong results orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and CarData compliant vehicle.
• Willing to relocate; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers in assigned market.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Ops, Sales Ops, Finance, Marketing.
• Develop relationships via in-person visits and partner communications.
• Participate in deployment of marketing and promotional programs.
• Demonstrate ability to convert leads to profitable sales.
