Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Capture Manager with a proven track record in winning complex deals, especially in Federal markets. You will lead opportunities from qualification through submission and coordinate with senior leaders to execute account growth strategies.

You will guide win themes, technical and management solutions, pricing, and risk mitigation while navigating the FAR and multi-phase captures. A Top Secret clearance is preferred and government acquisitions experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of successful capture experience in deals of $50M+.
• Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Government Assisted Acquisitions and FAR understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of opportunity capture from qualification through proposal delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across line, BD, proposals, contracts, pricing to mature opportunities.
• Develop customer call plans to define opportunity scope and timelines.
• Engage with industry to assess competitive landscape and bolster the solution.
• Lead development of win themes, technical/management solutions, pricing, and risk mitigation.
• Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure alignment with acquisition framework.
