Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience; or Graduate Degree with 10+ years; or 16 years without a degree.
• Demonstrated capture and proposal management experience.
• Experience with FAR/OTA contracting and Price-to-Win analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture and proposal efforts from Gate 1 through order booking.
• Develop capture, proposal, and win strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct competitive and customer analyses to shape pursuit plans.
• Prepare detailed pursuit and proposal artifacts and schedules.
• Deliver status updates to pursuit stakeholders and leadership.
