Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Space and Mission Systems, Intel & Cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Associate in Palm Bay to manage the full purchase order lifecycle, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and related regulations.

You will collaborate across functions to convey requirements clearly, generate RFQs and PO packages, monitor supplier performance, and support program delivery in a fast-paced, government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years acceptable.
• Experience applying FAR/DFARS in defense procurement and contract processes.
• Experience generating RFQs, PO packages, and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full PO lifecycle and supplier qualification.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best value.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, TINA, CAS, and related regulations.
• Communicate requirements clearly across functions and leadership.
• Obtain and maintain necessary government clearance eligibility.
