Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a highly strategic Capture Manager to lead end-to-end pursuits in the IC and DoD markets from Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on wins over $100M, building cross-functional teams, and delivering compliant, compelling proposals in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, deep knowledge of FAR/OTA, and a proven track record of shaping capture plans that align with Boeing growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience in winning large, complex IC and DoW prime contracts exceeding $100M on single-award deals.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement vehicles and contract types (IDIQs, FFP, T&M, cost-plus).
• Experience leading capture efforts for large programs and understanding federal acquisition processes in national security.
