Job summary

BI&A (Boeing Intelligence & Analytics) in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a strategic Capture Manager to own end-to-end pursuits across IC and DoW markets. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop win strategies, and craft compliant, compelling proposals for multi-agency programs.

The role requires 15+ years' related experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and deep knowledge of FAR/OTA and procurement vehicles. Hybrid work with 3–4 days onsite is available; salary range is $190,000–$240,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Proven success in winning IC and DoW prime contracts over $100M.
• Strong understanding of FAR, OTA, and procurement vehicles.

• Manage end-to-end capture efforts across IC and DoW markets.
