Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients, overseeing financials, regulatory compliance, governance support, and day-to-day client relationships. The role requires collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to deliver high-quality service.

You will monitor cash flow, prepare statements, and support client business plan changes while coordinating with regulators and auditors to ensure ongoing compliance and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in captive management, accounting, insurance or finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of captive insurance clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide guidance on captive matters.
• Monitor client cash flow, prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Prepare regulatory filings and ensure compliance with captive regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and service providers.
• Support annual captive audits and insurance renewals.
• Collaborate with teams to support client objectives.
