Qualifications

A Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline is desired with a desired 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
Possesses a strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures.
Formal Project Management training (preferred)
Must be fully bilingual written and verbal, both in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Drive the site capital long range plan from development to submission and develop the next fiscal year's capital plan.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and ensure quality of major projects.
Maintain project controls and reporting for budget, scope, schedule, and procurement.
Lead complex projects with risk-managed execution plans across engineering disciplines.
Mentor others and represent the organization on contracts and projects.
