Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or Accounting; professional certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases including planning, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and project reporting; real estate portfolio management and lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate process reviews, controls, and compliance analyses to identify improvements.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate leases, and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork including data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and contractors to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support lifecycle engagements from acquisition to disposition, aligning with client objectives.
