Qualifications

• Three+ years in construction management, real estate advisory, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or master's in engineering, architecture, building science, construction management or accounting; professional certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases including planning, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and lease management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce client-facing reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of construction and real estate processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess contracts, real estate leases, and capital project performance for compliance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal, clients and contractors to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with business objectives.
