Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Capital Projects Procurement Specialist III‑Sr Staff in Louisiana/New Orleans with hybrid work flexibility. The role partners with customer‑facing function leaders to drive supplier governance, commercial strategy, and contract management for capital projects and innovations.

You will lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance across multiple business units while ensuring safety and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Legal, or related discipline with 5+ years of supplier contracting or capital projects experience (or 9+ years without a degree).
• 1.5+ years’ energy industry experience in capital projects contracting and procurement.
• Cap Proj Procur Spec Sr: 9+ years with degree or 13+ years without; 3+ years energy industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure SC engagement in capital projects and agile processes.
• Lead commercial efforts for project planning, sourcing, and contract management across portfolios.
• Manage supplier performance, change orders, and contract governance to deliver safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
