Qualifications

• Education and experience: degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field and five years managing medium to large capital projects.
• Experience with health care facility projects and OSHPD/HCAI knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to prepare and manage budgets, schedules and project documents.

Responsabilités

• Deliver CP&C projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage projects across planning, design, bidding, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate with consultants, County staff, contractors, and agencies.
• Prepare technical reports, designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Present project updates to committees and officials.
