Dyno Nobel Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects across major sites. You will ensure efficient capital investment using our project management system, while delivering on safety, regulatory compliance, and performance targets.

You will build and guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets >$1M, and report progress to leadership. This role emphasizes strong leadership, engineering insight, and a proactive improvement mindset.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical) or PMP certification.
• 5+ years in a related industry with a proven track record in project management, problem solving, startup and commissioning.
• Experience delivering projects and portfolios with total value >$4M and individual projects >$1M.

• Lead capital projects and manage high-risk, major projects.
• Improve delivery capability through systems and personnel development.
• Ensure PMO compliance and manage site capital expenditure.
• Provide concise project reporting across nominated sites.
• Coach site teams and build stakeholder relationships.
