Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical) or 5 years’ PM experience.
• 5+ years in related industry with proven PM, problem solving, startup and commissioning.
• Experience managing projects >$5M and portfolios >$10M.
• Knowledge of pumps, vessels, and heat exchangers.
• Familiarity with automated process control in manufacturing operations.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.

Responsabilités

• Lead capital projects and manage challenging growth initiatives within North America.
• Ensure capital is invested efficiently through the project management system.
• Improve delivery capability by developing systems and personnel.
• Promote Zero Harm via safety programs and compliance with HSE standards.
• Support business improvement initiatives and PMO participation.
• Control project capital expenditure and schedules to meet objectives.
• Provide concise project reporting across all assigned projects.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams using internal and external resources.
