Job summary

IEM is seeking a Senior Capital Project Manager to lead capital projects for the Facilities & Workplace department from programming through closeout. This role is based temporarily in NE San Antonio while the new plant comes online, with a permanent location about 25 minutes away at Brooks, San Antonio.

The position is 100% in-office and does not offer remote work. Strong technical, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills are required to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
Demonstrated experience managing projects from conception through completion.

Responsibilities

Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of capital projects.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from programming, planning, design, procurement, construction, integration, commissioning, and closeout.
Ensure projects are compliant with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for capital projects.
Prepare reports and presentations for Management and Executives on capital projects.
