Job summary

Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) seeks a Senior Capital Project Manager to lead capital projects for the Facilities & Workplace department. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from programming through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role requires strong technical acumen, proven PM capabilities, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with travel across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience leading projects from conception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality of capital projects.
• Oversee project lifecycle from programming to closeout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors/contractors.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, specs, and docs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regs, and company standards.
