Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from conception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of capital projects.
• Responsible for the whole project lifecycle from programming, planning, design, procurement, construction, integration, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan, specs, and documents for capital projects.
• Work closely with the project teams to ensure all deliverables are compliant with IEM's standards.
