Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead Capital Construction Projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

You will manage cost, schedule, procurement, and multi-discipline field staffing, acting as the main contact for customers and coordinating with project controls. The position offers a competitive compensation package with benefits including healthcare, 401k with company match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Business or equivalent
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client relations

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost, procurement, capex, equipment, billing and receivables
• Coordinate with project controls for earned value, productivity and schedule
• Interface with RDC leaders to maintain structure and efficiency
• Serve as main customer contact on Capital Projects
