Qualifications

• 15+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impact.
• Significant construction experience with an EPC.
• Experience working on large-sized projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients through the full capital value chain from design to commissioning.
• Provide guidance on implementing new technology, governance, processes, and improving capital returns.
• Base in one of our North America offices as part of McKinsey's Capital Excellence service line.
