Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in engineering; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impact.
• Significant construction experience with an EPC.
• Experience working on large-sized projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients through the full capital value chain—from design to commissioning.
• Provide guidance to teams implementing new technology, governance, processes, and value optimization.
• Be based in a North America office as part of McKinsey's Capital Excellence service line.
