Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• MBA preferred although not mandatory.
• 15+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement.
• Significant construction experience with an EPC.
• Experience working on large-sized projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients through the full capital value chain including design & engineering, contracting & procurement, project execution, and commissioning.
• Provide expertise to teams implementing new technology, establishing project governance, creating processes, and improving capital project returns.
• Based in a North America office as part of McKinsey's Capital Excellence service line.
